- All goods will only be delivered to the cardholders address.
We try to ensure that the information shown on Beelectrical Direct
is accurate at all times. Beelectrical Direct cannot be held responsible
for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited
to those regarding price.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered
are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a
full refund. All goods remain the property of Beelectrical Direct
until full payment is received.
Damage or shortages
The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably
possible after delivery and notify Beelectrical Direct by to
email of any fault or damage.
Delivery
We will provide a specific delivery day wherever possible but we
shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or
expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your
goods on the allocated day. Deliveries are classed as an all day
call between the hours of 7am to 7pm and we are unable to advise
a specific time slot.
We offer free delivery on all mainland UK deliveries to (B) post
codes Only.
Where a pre arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery
and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address
to sign for the goods then the customer maybe liable to pay a failed
delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods
have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation
charge.
Returns
If you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned
within 7 working days of receiving them (at your own expense)
for a full refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging
unused and in a perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility
to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event
of any return.
Instruction Manuals
We recommend that if you are experiencing problems with your purchase
that you check out the instruction manual. Experience tells us
that in many cases checking there can often solve what seems
like a fault quickly and easily.
Faulty Goods & Guarantees
All goods we supply are covered by a full manufacturers guarantee.
If the goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please
contact us by email or by telephoning 0121 444 4778 and we will
either arrange to collect the goods and exchange them or issue
a refund. For smaller items we may request that you return them
by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will reimburse the postage
cost. If a fault occurs outside of 28 days we will arrange a
service call or collection of the goods as necessary.
Whether we arrange collection or you return the goods at your
own expense it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the
goods are adequately packaged for shipping, Beelectrical Direct
will accept no responsibility for damage that occurs due to inadequate
packaging.
IMPORTANT: If Beelectrical Direct incur charges for servicing,
call out charges or carriage for an item/s that is/are not found
to be faulty then these costs will be charged to your credit card
account
Brown Goods (Home Entertainment Products) portable items and TV's
Contact us by phone on 0121 444 4778 and we will arrange for a
courier to collect the item for return to our own workshops.
The goods must be available for collection at anytime between
9.00am and 5.30pm on the agreed day, The customer will be liable
to a charge if no one is at home when we call.
White Goods (Major Kitchen Appliances)
After sales on these items are normally handled by the manufacturers
own service organisation. Documentation on how to contact the manufacturer
should be supplied to you with the appliance.
Special Promotional Offers
It is the Customers' responsibility to ensure that they have completed
the neccessary redemption forms for any promotion being run and
have returned it to the correct address within the allotted time.
Beelectrical Direct will not accept responsibility for any lost
or delayed redemption forms.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
